I was in the Northern Territory of Australia when I came across this lizard. It just happened to be just beside the foot path around the Olgas (or Kata Tjuta as the aborginals call them.) Kata Tjuta is a group of 28 rounded hills just west of Uluru (or Ayers Rock.)

SA Grasshopper

South Africa has some of the most colorful grasshoppers I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen blue ones, bright orange ones, and this lady (fellow?). I’ve also seen a gigantic one at least the size of my finger.
