MerLion II

Colleyer Quay

The historical port of Singapore is Colleyer Quay (pronounced “key”) is really beautiful at night. There are quite a few couples that sit on along the water’s edge and enjoy the scenery. There are even several sculptures from famous artist located around the area.

Chinese Immigrant Statue

These statues represent the first Chinese immigrants to Singapore which brought along their culture. On the other side of the water running through the park is a statue representing the immigrants from India.

Lotus Lanterns

This alley was decorated with Lotus lanterns. When I saw them, they looked so peaceful and yet celebrated the festival.
