African Jacana

During our stay in St. Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, last January, we took a boat tour of the St. Lucia Estuary. These next few RATPOWs are from that boat ride. This shows two African jacanas, which are water birds (waders) with enormous feet used to walk on top of lilypads.
